If all your heart and mind is telling me you love me, then that is the thing I will cling unto
I know you just don’t wake up and intentionally hurt me
We all go through something that brings us outside of ourselves
My beginner’s heart shy away from the pain and all it wants is you
No, I’m not trying to be a martyr

Nothing is easy
But love is what I choose to live with
Forgiveness is I want to give
A legacy I want to keep

As I have been thought by the greater being
There are things I still have to know
But one thing is for sure
Hating you is not one of them
I have come to love you full circle
I’m not forcing us to happen
I’ve given up the false hope
Instead I offer you a different kind of love
We don’t have to end in tragic
